Thankfully Kimberly was up to the challenge! She found a lender with a lower rate than I had found elsewhere, and walked me step by step through the process, finding workarounds when necessary, and refusing to give up until we got it done! She even hounded others to do their parts to make it happen in the timeline we needed. I can’t imagine another mortgage company doing all that she did!! I've never worked with any company whose team works as well together as Nick & his team; if I send an email to them they responded almost immediately, they answered my questions in a way that I could understand, they never made me feel like a bother, they ran numbers on house after house until I found the perfect one.
You truly feel like family (the good side) when you work with them, and they don't leave you once the loan is done; I know they're always there for me to answer any further questions, they truly are the best. It's obvious their clients truly are their number one priority, they are skilled in and knowledgeable about the rates and do what is best for you; the client.
I don't see why anyone would use any other mortgage company, i know I won't. read lesstoneemo1/14/2020
