Before Proceeding to Payment

Please confirm that your payment is due to Directors Mortgage. For payments due to Directors Mortgage, you will receive a mortgage statement by mail from Directors Mortgage. This statement will contain your loan number and payment amount.

If your payment is due to your new servicer, please pay them directly using the information you will receive by mail in their welcome package or the Service Transfer letter from Directors Mortgage.
