I would like to bring to light very poor customer service my family just experienced due to someone named Sophie Pace. We have not received any correspondence from Direct rewards in over a year. This led to our account being short funds and being late on a mortgage payment. We also received no correspondence regarding this issue. It took us 3 days to even get in touch with a human being to attempt to clarify and understand what changes had been made to our account. I am here to tell you that our research discovered these changes on Reddit of all places. How unprofessional is this? Absolutely unacceptable. The icing on the cake regarding this matter is that once we were able to get a human on the phone, This Sophie claimed absolute ignorance and became threatening to my wife. She stated that we have no such account. At this day in age, we all work in customer service, and this may have been the worst customer service experience i have ever witnessed.

Holy shit what a crap company.

My wife and I are second-time home buyers. This experience was so much easier than the first. I wish we had gone through Ian the first time. If you've purchased a home before, you know there can be mountains of paperwork that can seem confusing and a bit overwhelming. Ian made it manageable. Not to mention, he is kind and always available. I am so thankful that we went with Directors- Specifically Ian Evans. If we ever repurchase a home, Directors will be our first choice.
