Thinking about buying a home or refinancing your current home? Your Directors Mortgage Mortgage Specialist can help you navigate today’s market.
I have been in the Pacific NW all my life. Growing up on the Oregon coast and eventually relocating to the Portland Metro area, I have played virtually every team sport and continue to be as active as possible outdoors in this incredible region, whether riding motorcycles, mountain biking, snowmobiling, boating, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
I attended Oregon State University where I obtained degrees in engineering. After graduating, I worked as a consulting/sales/design engineer for a large worldwide organization. Working as an engineer was a great experience, especially with clients such as Intel, Precision Castparts, and ESCO Steel where my focus was to help reduce energy consumption and maximize ROI.
In 1991, I unexpectedly found my way into mortgage banking. Now 35 years later, and licensed in multiple states, I have helped thousands of clients with their home financing needs. Whether a primary residence, 2nd home or investment property, my focus has always been to structure financing with my clients’ goals to reduce out of pocket expense and minimize payments as top priority. And with investment properties, I work with my clients to structure their loans to align with their goals and real estate portfolio strategies using cost segregation and depreciation for a potentially tax advantageous approach with increased cash flow.**
I feel very fortunate and blessed to have two amazing daughters. Both graduates of OSU and sharing similar interests, my oldest is completing medical school and my youngest is a firefighter/EMT with TVF&R.
My team and I look forward to helping you with your home financing needs. Feel free to reach out anytime with questions.
