Providing E-Consent

Our E-Consent form is an important document as it serves as your sign-off on sending or receiving documents to us through electronic means. The process of providing your E-Consent is fast and easy, and at the end of the process, you’ll have an online account to use with Directors Mortgage. 

The following are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for completing this portion of the process.

Why do I need to create an account?
In order to keep your records secure you must create a unique account. This is all to keep your information your own and ensure that we do everything we can to keep your data private.

Why did I get this other email after creating my account?
This is the verification email and all you need do is click on the link within the email to confirm you have successfully created your new account.

Does a Co-Borrower need an account?
Yes, inorder for a co-borrower to see any information on a loan they are involved with they must have a secure way of accessing that information. This is a critical step in the process to keep all loans as private and secure as possible.

What is my authentication code?
Your authentication code by default is set to the last 4-digits of your SSN.

Signing Disclosures

Applying for a mortgage requires your Mortgage Specialist to share some important information with you. There are also some important rights our clients need to be aware of. Often, this information comes in the form of a written disclosure, which you’ll need to sign in order to acknowledge that you’ve received the information.

If you have opted in to receive your disclosures electronically then you will need to login and completed the requested list of items.

What account do I use?

What is my authentication code?

Where are my other loans?
If you have more than one loan in our system you can access them by clicking on the HOME icon at the top of the page.

Why are there Print & Sign documents when I am signed up for E-Consent?
There are some documents that we are unable to have you sign online and require you to provide a physical "wet" signature in order to provide proof of reading and acknowledging the information in the docs.

Where do I find what I have already submitted?
You can find all documents and supporting statements submitted by clicking on the "Open Documents" link or "View Full List" within the dashboard for your loan.

How do I share the supporting documentation with you?
The easiest way to do that is log into your account and click on the "Upload" button to submit supporting documentation such as bank statements, W-2s or any other item that you have an electronic copy of.
