A mortgage industry professional since 2015, Skip Ballou takes a results-oriented approach to his work. Skip joined the team at Directors Mortgage HQ in 2020, moving from the East Coast to the West and bringing with him a love of golf, fishing, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, water sports and tennis.

In addition to assisting his clients and pursuing his hobbies, Skip volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and is passionate about animal rescues. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in 1979, and he’s remained interested in scientific pursuits, including green energy, ever since.
